  • What type of personal training do you offer?
    We offer personal training for various goals, such as weight loss, muscle building, general fitness or rehabilitation. The training is tailored to your goals and needs!
  • How often should I train per week?
    The ideal training frequency depends on your goals and fitness level. In general, one session with a personal trainer and one or two sessions of independent training are productive. We would be happy to advise you personally!
  • How can I book a personal training appointment?
    A consultation appointment can be booked online via our website, by phone or directly by email ( . We will then find a suitable time together.
  • Where does the personal training take place?
    Depending on your wishes, the training takes place in a private gym, at your home or in a park near you. Online training is also possible.
  • Can I take a trial lesson?
    You are welcome to take a trial lesson to get an impression and see if it's right for you! Simply register online or give us a call.
  • What is Personal Training
    Personal training is individual training support from a qualified trainer who creates and supports a tailor-made fitness program for you.
  • How long does it take until I see results?
    This depends on various factors, such as your initial fitness level, training intensity and frequency, and your diet. Many of my clients see results after just a few weeks.
  • Can I get advice before starting the training?
    Yes, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your goals and needs and answer your questions.
  • How much does personal training or a training session cost?
    Our prices vary depending on the type and duration of the training. You can find a detailed price list on our Prices & Packages page!
  • Do you also offer nutritional advice?
    Yes! In addition to personal training and fitness courses, you can also book nutrition coaching with us! The combination of nutrition and exercise helps you best achieve your training goals. Simply book online or contact us!
  • What is the difference between personal training and fitness classes?
    Personal training is tailored to the needs of the individual, while fitness classes are conducted in groups and follow a general training program.
  • What is the best way to reach you?
    Please use the contact form on the homepage, write us an email directly to or call us on 0172-3931406. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • What should I bring to training?
    Bring comfortable sports clothes, suitable clean sports shoes, a towel and a water bottle. You will find a water dispenser in the EDEN GYM and you can use the shower after training. There are also lockers for valuables!
  • Do you also offer online courses?
    No, we do not currently offer online fitness classes, but you can use online personal training!
  • Where can we find you?
    We use the premises of the EDEN GYM on Zedenicker Str., not far from Rosenthaler Platz. But it is also possible to do personal training in a park near you or online.
  • Is there parking available on site?
    Yes, there are paid parking spaces on Zehdenicker Str. and the surrounding area. The Rosenthaler Platz subway station is just a few minutes' walk from the studio.
  • How can I sign up for personal training or fitness classes?
    You can register online via the website and the contact form or the service area, send us an email ( or contact us by phone.
  • Who are the trainers and what qualifications do they have?
    Dennis, the company founder, is a licensed medical trainer, personal trainer, nutritionist and Group Fitness Instructor B license. Marcel has completed training as a sports and gymnastics teacher and various additional qualifications such as B license, aqua trainer, ZUMBA trainer, TRX trainer and rehabilitation trainer. Basically, all trainers are tested by us and are only allowed to work if they have completed training and a license.
  • How can I get the courses subsidized by my health insurance?
    After successfully completing at least 8 out of 10 course units, you will receive a certificate of participation from us, which you must complete with your insurance number and bank code and then send to your health insurance company. This is often possible with a photo. After a few days, you will receive a portion of the course fee back. (Every health insurance company allocates a different budget)
  • Which fitness classes are available.
    We currently offer courses for strengthening and general fitness (FULL BODY PUSH), as a preventative measure for back health (HEALTHY BACK) or the exciting cardio course (FANCE)! But other units such as outdoor courses, relaxation and the like are also being planned!
  • Do I need a membership to take the courses?
    No! You can book a course individually or as a 10-course card. The courses, which are subsidized by the health insurance company, run regularly in 10 units.
  • What are fitness classes?
    Fitness classes are group training sessions led by a trainer and include various types of training such as strength training, endurance training, aerobics, dance, relaxation or flexibility training.
  • Are there different levels of difficulty for the courses?
    No! Our courses are super individual with a maximum of six participants and the trainer can address every level. Minimal group courses for maximum success!
